The Bartending Server Course
teaches you all the popular Martini, Shooters,
Fancy and Basic Cocktails, and all the bar
equipment. We even offer a Flair class. Drinks
are fully explained, then you go behind the bar
and practice making them using correct glass
wear and garnishes. This 30-hour class is fun
and interesting. It includes free
refresher courses to graduates plus 21 hours of
real bar time experience! You're making

The Responsible Beverage
Service Course is designed to educate
bartenders, bar owners, retail clerks, wait
staff, and other license holders on responsible
beverage service. This 3-4 hour course will cover
state and local laws, potential problems
relating to intoxicated persons and ways to
prevent them, identifying factors and behavior
of unsafe drinking, and the intervention
process. This course meets State requirements
