1. Mission
Statement: The intense 30-hour course will give you
the knowledge, hands-on experience and confidence to work in
the fast paced world of bartending. Our instructors with
their distinct methods of teaching and commitment to
student’s success have trained thousands of bartenders, bar
managers & owners since 1974.
2.
Bartending Course:
Students only requirement is they must be 18 years old to
start the bartending course. No High School diploma, GED, or
other training is required. After filling out the enrollment
form and making their initial or full payment ($199.00),

class attendance sheet and enters the bar area. All the
bottles at the workstations and the back bar are filled with
colored water and are the best way to train a new bartender.
The required manual ($39.00) contains hundreds of drink
recipes and are demonstrated how to make the drinks. The
students then come behind the bar and make all the drinks
while the instructor critiques, quizzes and helps them
practice. The course is broken up into nine, one and a half
hour classes that can be taken in any order. They are: 1.
Two Liquor 2. Highballs and Juices 3. Sours 4. Cream

at their own pace, usually 2 weeks to finish the course, but
this make take some students longer. Optional refresher
courses, advanced training, employment advisory services,
